Being a tree hugger again

My life changed a lot since my mom passed away. In my mind, I only want to spend a lot of my time with my family. Okay, Early March 2014 my mom's older sister passed away because of ca. September 2015 my mom passed away. December 2015 my mom's younger sister passed away. All of them passed away because of ca. It makes me have to think of becoming a tree hugger again after almost a year I postpone it. And I started it yesterday. Few months lately I already rest my face from any make up. I never use any powder again. Or moisturizer. Or blush on. You name it. I only use eye brow pencil and lipstic. Thats all. 3 days a go I tried to make ACV toner. Oh wait, a week before I drink ACV + mineral water in the morning and one before i go to sleep. It controlled my crave of something sweet or any snack. Happy. But all the acnes was came out, maybe I call it the detox was working to clear out all of the toxic inside my body. I also pee a lot. Then I made the ACV toner (distilled water + ACV, 1:1, it depends on your skin type). I applied it before I went to sleep. And didnt wash it since it was a toner. And surpisingly it works a lot to my face. My acne deflated. And dry. Wow... I am so happy. And officially since yesterday I start the healthy life again. Here's what I do:
1. Drink water at least 2 L a day. Since I am not a fan of mineral water (but we, as human have to   drink it) usually I put a lemon water on it.
2. Face my wash with organic facial wash and followed by oat meal face wash. But I usually let the oat until it really dry and gently massage it and rinse it with water.

4. Have a Jelly Gamat as a masker and let it glued to my face and rinse it in the morning.


And today I made an overnight oatmeal. There's a lot of oat meal left in my kitchen and also dried raspberries. But the problem is, i dont like oatmeal. Google said to make an overnight oat meal we should wash the oat meal with milk/juice/yoghurt. I dont like milk so much and dont have any yoghurt in my fridge. So i tried to mixed the oatmeal with milo and adding some water and raspberries. For today i am not putting any lemon water to my mineral water, i put the raspberry haha. Hope it tastes well in the morning...
